Westpac Banking Corporation is the issuer of the following Westpac Self-Funding Instalment warrants:

AWCSWB, FGLSWB, FXJSWB, HVNSWB

Pursuant to clause 32.1 of the relevant Warrant Terms dated 18 December 2003, Westpac Banking Corporation, as sole holder of these Westpac Self-Funding Instalments, gives notice of the cancellation and delisting of these warrants with effect from close of trading on 26 February 2010.
