The company advises that its Annual Meeting at 2:00pm on Thursday 22nd April 2010 will be held at the Company's offices, corner Penrose and Leonard Roads, Penrose, Auckland.

The meeting will be simultaneously web cast using Turners Live. To view the web cast shareholders will need to access Turners Live prior to the meeting via the link on the company's web site www.turners.co.nz
