Announcement pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.3.2

The Annual Meeting of shareholders of Turners Auctions Limited is to be held on Thursday 22nd April 2010. The opening date for nominations of directors is 22nd January 2010, and the closing date for nominations to be received by the company is Friday 26th February 2010. Nominations made during that period must be received at the registered office of the company (see below), and must be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and must be accompanied by the nominated person's consent in writing to act as a director, if elected.
