TrustPower Announces the Registration of Mr Lloyd Morrison as a Director of TrustPower Limited effective 24 August 2010.

The Board also confirms the appointment of Mr Marko Bogoievski as a Director of the Company, effective 24 August 2010.

Mr Morrison will be an Alternate Director for Mr Bogoievski.
