Cancellation of Executive Share Options and Performance Rights

Transpacific Industries Group Ltd (TPI) wishes to advise that the following options and performance rights have been cancelled:

- 6,311,836 options have been cancelled in accordance with the rules of the Transpacific Industries Group Ltd Executive Share Option Plan;

- 63,939 performance rights have been cancelled in accordance with the rules of the Transpacific Industries Group Ltd Long-term Incentive Plan;

- 284,178 performance rights have been cancelled in accordance with the rules of the Transpacific Industries Group Ltd Executive Engagement Award.

Details of the options and performance rights on issue following these cancellations are as follows:
