NZX Release Tourism Holdings Limited Long Term Share Scheme Incentive

The Directors resolved that a further 1.0 million redeemable shares in the company be issued on the 21 May 2010 under the Long Term Share Scheme introduced in 2009.

The issue price was 90cents based on the 10 day volume weighted share price up to that date. Terms of the scheme are the same as the 2009 issue. After this issue thl has 102,600,723 shares on issue consisting of 98,180,723 ordinary shares and 4,420,000 redeemable shares.
