OFFICE: SPT: Appointment of Company Secretary

Spotless Group Limited ("Spotless") (ASX:SPT) today announced the appointment of Ms Sharyn Page as Company Secretary.

Ms Page brings extensive experience to the role having previously been the Company Secretary at AMP and OneSteel Limited.

Mr Andre Carstens, Chief Financial Officer, will continue to be an additional Company Secretary of Spotless Group Limited
