SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited (SKC) hereby notifies that SKC has transferred 200,000 ordinary shares held as treasury stock of SKC to meet its obligation upon the conversion of certain convertible rights.

The total number of shares on issue remains unchanged at 575,114,687.
