OFFICE: SAT: Resignation of Chief Executive Officer

Satara Co-operative Group Limited announces that Wes Anderson-Smith, Chief Executive Officer, has tendered his resignation, to pursue other interests. His resignation has been accepted by the Board.

Wes joined Satara on 11 June 2007 as Group General Manager. After working in an acting capacity for several months, Wes was formally appointed Chief Executive Officer on 30 October 2008.

Wes' resignation is effective as of 10 May 2010.

The Board would like to thank him for his contribution to Satara, and wish him well in his future endeavours.

Tom Wilson, a commercial director of Satara, has been engaged as Managing Director on an interim basis.
