Satara Announces Change in Distribution Policy

Since listing on the NZAX Satara has had a published formula in place to calculate shareholder distributions.

The Board of Directors has resolved that, for the 2010 financial year and beyond, Satara will no longer have a stated formula for calculating rebates and dividends in any year.

In determining the appropriate level of distributions to Investor and Transactor Shareholders the Board of Directors will consider a number of factors including current and forecast earnings, the cyclical nature of the industry, the demands on Satara to invest additional capital, the desirability of retaining earnings, and the solvency requirements of the Companies Act 1993. Distributions and dividends will be declared at the discretion of the Board.
