Annual Shareholder Meeting

Satara's Annual Shareholder Meeting ("ASM") will this year be held on 29th April 2010.

The closing date for nomination of Directors will be Friday 5th March 2010. At this year's meeting Mr Don Thwaites (Grower Director), Mr Mike Maltby (Grower Director), and Mr Tom Wilson (Commercial Director) retire by rotation. Mr Don Thwaites has advised his intention to retire from the Board at this meeting and will not seek re-election. Mr Mike Maltby and Mr Tom Wilson, being eligible, will offer themselves for re-election as a Grower Director and Commercial Director respectively.

?Anyone wishing to nominate for a Grower Director or Commercial Director position can obtain nomination forms, eligibility criteria and process information from Janice Candy on (07) 573-3400.

Nominations for Director positions should be forwarded to the Company Secretary, Satara Co-operative Group Limited and must be received by 4.00pm on the closing date.? Satara will announce its result for the year ending 31 December 2009 in mid March 2010. A formal notice of meeting, along with the Annual Report, will be sent to all shareholders by 29th March 2010.
