The results of the resolutions considered at Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited's annual shareholders' meeting held on 1 July 2010 are as follows:

Re-election of Sue Suckling as a Director

To record the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as the Company's auditor and to authorise the directors to fix the auditor's remuneration for the ensuing year.
