GENERAL: RAK: Rakon completes acquisition of Temex

Rakon completes acquisition of Temex August 10, 2010, Rakon Limited (NZX: RAK): As expected Rakon's European business has completed the acquisition of French based competitor Temex, the acquisition was previously announced in late July. Temex will trade as Rakon Temex until its operations are fully integrated into Rakon's wider business, which is expected to take several months.
