DIRECTOR: PPL: Appointment of Independent Director

Pumpkin Patch Limited today announced the appointment of Brent Impey as an independent non-executive director of the Company.

Brent was most recently the Chief Executive Officer of MediaWorks NZ Limited. During his 10 years with the company he successfully transformed the business to become the most profitable free to air television and radio business in New Zealand.

Prior to his role with MediaWorks Brent held a number legal, corporate advisory, consultancy, and media related roles. Brent is also a director of Hutchwilco NZ Limited, Devon Funds Management, Fred Hollows Australia, and Fred Hollows Foundation (NZ) including 12 years as Chairman.
