PGW DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS AND ANNUAL MEETING

The period for director nominations is now open and closes on 10 September 2010.

PGG Wrightson Limited's Annual Meeting will be held on 28 October 2010, at Riccarton Park (Show Gate Room), Christchurch.
