MARAC settles purchase of GMAC NZ motor vehicle book

Pyne Gould Corporation Limited (PGC) has today announced that its subsidiary, MARAC Finance Limited (MARAC), has successfully completed the purchase of GMAC NZ's retail motor vehicle financing book.

Details of the transaction were provided in the announcement made by PGC on 1 July 2010.
