MEETING: PGC: Special Meeting of Shareholders -Board of Directors

At the Special Meeting of shareholders of Pyne Gould Corporation Limited held on 4 March 2010, the continued appointment of Bruce Irvine, Bryan Mogridge and George Kerr as directors was confirmed, Jeff Greenslade was re-elected a director and George Gould elected as a director.

The meeting noted the retirement of Sam Maling from the board, and expressed gratitude for his 14 years service as a director, the last 9 as Chairman.
