1 September 2010 smartOZZY NTA & Allotment Notice

The manager of the smartOZZY advises that as at close of business on 31 August 2010 a total of nil units had been redeemed or allotted since the previous notice. The total number of units on issue on that day was 28,425,112.

The asset backing for each smartOZZY unit at close of business (Sydney) on 31 August 2010 was $3.38535 (NTA is net of applicable tax liability).

Unitholders can invest or surrender Smartshares Units in the form of baskets for holdings in multiples of: - 500,00 units for smartTENZ - 200,000 units for smartFONZ & smartMIDZ - 150,000 units for smartMOZY & smartOZZY

Smartshares will publish updated basket compositions daily to the market.

The moratorium on basket redemptions has been lifted. Basket applications and redemptions can now be made using the attached basket composition.

Composition of a basket of securities and cash equivalent to 150,000 NZX Australian 20 Leaders Index Fund units effective from 1 September 2010

The new basket composition applies to applications and withdrawals.
