OIC: Employee Share Ownership Plan 2010 (the Plan)

As advised in April 2010, the Board of Opus International Consultants Ltd approved the implementation of the Plan in August 2010.

The Plan has now been implemented with the allocation on the 3 September 2010 of some 1,030,639 shares at a share price of $1.55, for a total value of $1,597,490.
