DIRECTOR: OIC: Don Trow to retire as Director of Opus

Emeritus Professor Don Trow has announced that he will retire as a non executive director of Opus International Consultants at the close of business after the company's Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting is to be held on the 13 April 2010.

Emeritus Professor Don Trow was appointed to the board of Opus in April 2007, prior to the company listing on the NZ Stock Exchange in October 2007.
