NZX Market Supervision Property Finance Group Limited (in liquidation) (PFG) Delisting of Ordinary Shares

NZX Market Supervision ("NZXMS") advises that on 31 May 2010 PropertyFinance Group Limited ("PFG") shareholders passed a special resolution to place PFG into liquidation. As a result of the liquidation, the liquidator of PFG has requested that PFG be delisted from the NZAX.

Accordingly, PFG ordinary shares will cease to be quoted and PFG will be delisted from the close of business on Wednesday, 21 July 2010.
