GENERAL: NZXR: McDouall Stuart Securities Limited

17 June 2010 - In response to enquiries, NZX Market Supervision ("NZXMS") wishes to advise that McDouall Stuart Securities Limited is not currently accredited as an NZX Firm.

McDouall Stuart Securities Limited resigned as an NZX Trading and Advising Firm, and Delivery and Settlement Participant, on 15 March 2010 and has applied for accreditation as an NZX Advising Firm.

NZXMS will advise the market when and if McDouall Stuart Securities Limited is accredited as an NZX Advising Firm. NZXMS confirms that McDouall Stuart Securities Limited is accredited as an NZX Sponsor.
