MEETING: NZX: Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form Provided

1 June 2010 - NZX Limited is today giving notice that the seventh Annual Meeting of Shareholders of NZX Limited will be held at NZX Centre, Level 2, 11 Cable Street, Wellington on Thursday 17 June commencing at 9am.

We are pleased to advise that John Palmer, chairman of Air New Zealand Limited and Solid Energy New Zealand Limited, will deliver a presentation prior to the Annual Meeting commencing at 8.30am. His presentation will focus on his observations on governance, performance and recommendations for the SOE sector.
