Spotless to Dual List on the NZSX

Spotless Group Limited ("Spotless") (ASX:SPT) today announced it will become a Dual Listed Issuer on the NZSX, with its ordinary shares to be listed and quoted on the NZSX market commencing 18 January 2010.

The listing and quotation of Spotless' ordinary shares on the NZSX follows Spotless' December 2009 acquisition of the 34 per cent of shares in Taylors Group Limited ("Taylors") that it did not already own. Prior to this Spotless maintained a major shareholding in Taylors (previously listed on the NZSX) for over 10 years.

Spotless' Chairman, Peter Smedley, says "the Spotless Board has decided to pursue a dual listing and quotation of Spotless' ordinary shares on the NZSX as a demonstration of Spotless' long-term commitment to New Zealand, where Spotless' subsidiary employs over 12,000 people, and to provide a broader group of investors with an opportunity to own part of a growing global services business with close links to New Zealand".

Financial Performance For the financial year ended 30 June 2009, the Group reported revenue of A$2.4 billion (NZ$3.0 billion) and net profit after tax of A$42.7 million (NZ$52.5 million), an increase of 64.2 per cent on the prior corresponding period (pcp).

Market Capitalisation Spotless was listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in 1961.
