GENERAL: NZO: Deeds of Indemnity

NZX Listing Rule 10.1.3(d)

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 10.1.3(d) NZOG advises that it has entered into new deeds of indemnity with each of the company's directors in accordance with clause 28 of the company's constitution.

The new deeds of indemnity are updated replacement documents so that now all directors have consistent indemnities in place.
