The manager of the smartMOZY advises that as at close of business on 2 September 2010 a total of nil units had been allotted or redeemed since the previous notice. The total number of units on issue on that day was 10,252,117.

The asset backing for each smartMOZY unit at close of business (Sydney) on 2 September 2010 was $5.09227 (NTA is net of applicable tax liability).
