Lombard Group Limited (Company) wishes to advise that as part of the process approved by shareholders at the special meeting on 10 March 2010, the Company has further progressed towards migration of its place of incorporation to Australia.

As part of this process the Company has changed its name from "Lombard Group Limited" to "Insured Group Limited".

Pursuant to NZSX Listing Rule ("Rule") 3.3.3(b) the Company's board of directors have determined that each of Wayne Miller and Trevor Jacobs are not Independent Directors, as that term is defined in the Rules, of the Company.
