Reverse Takeover Progress

Lombard Group Limited (Company) wishes to advise that the bidder's statement in relation to the Company's takeover of Australian Consolidated Insurance Limited (ACIL) has been lodged with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission and sent to ACIL shareholders.

In addition and as part of the process approved by shareholders at the special meeting on 10 March 2010, the Company has progressed towards migration of its place of incorporation to Australia. As part of this process the Company has appointed:

- each of Wayne Robert Miller and Trevor Hilton Jacobs as a director of the Company; and - Trevor Hilton Jacobs as company secretary of the Company.
