DIRECTOR: IFT: Director Resignation

Infratil Chairman David Newman today announced the resignation of Anthony Muh from the Infratil board. Anthony was appointed as an independent director in 2007 and has now taken up a role with Infratil's manager H.R.L. Morrison & Co. Coincidental with his resignation, Anthony has been appointed as an alternate Infratil director to Duncan Saville.

"Anthony has made a considerable contribution to Infratil over the last three years. We look forward to his experience and perspective continuing to be available, albeit in a different capacity".
