The Company announces the allotment of 75,000 Ordinary Shares at 305.0p on 01 September 2010, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 31 August 2010 was 295.0p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 6 September 2010. As at 6 September 2010 the issued share capital will be 96,655,564 and the number of voting rights will be 96,655,564.
