Offer for Horizon Energy Now Closed

On 11 June, Marlborough Lines announced its intention to acquire, through both a written offer and on-market purchases, 10.1% of Horizon Energy.

Marlborough Lines has successfully acquired 10.1% of Horizon Energy and accordingly our offer is now closed.

We take the opportunity to remind Horizon Energy shareholders that, should Marlborough Lines acquire further Horizon Energy shares in the next six months (from 11 June 2010) for more than the offer price of $4.06, you will receive a further cash payment, topping up your proceeds to the higher price paid.
