Change of Director's Interests

Guinness Peat Group plc ("GPG" or "the Company") announces that on 18 June 2010 Mr R Langley acquired 360,000 shares at a price of A$0.52 per share and on 21 June 2010 he acquired a further 640,000 shares also at a price of A$0.52 per share.

Mr Langley now holds a total of 1,968,000 shares in the Company. There are no other changes to Mr Langley's interests in the shares of GPG or its quoted subsidiaries.
