DRP: GMT: GMT Strike Price for DRP

Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Manager of GMT, is pleased to advise Unitholders that the strike price for the Distribution Reinvestment Plan, inclusive of the 2% discount being offered, is $1.00 per unit.

This pricing is effective for the distribution payable on Thursday 18 March 2010.
