FPH AUDIT REPORT ON ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2010

Auckland, New Zealand, 14 June 2010 - Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corporation Limited (NZSX:FPH, ASX:FPH) Audit Report on Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2010.

The Audit Report is for the Company and Group Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2010. These Financial Statements are expected to be available, and will be sent to NZX, the ASX and to those shareholders who requested an Annual Report, on 28 June 2010.
