SmartFONZ Allotment Notice

The manager of the SmartFONZ advises that as at close of business on 24 February 2010 a total of nil units had been redeemed or allotted since 23 February 2010. The total number of units on issue on that day was 50,201,212.

The asset backing for each SmartFONZ unit at close of business on 24 February 2010 was 1.28670. The value of the NZX 50 Portfolio Index at the close was 1288.11.
