"On 11th August Diligent released through the NZX its half year report to 30th June 2010 - this report was filed approx 6 weeks ahead of the end of September reporting due date and comprised the information to be contained in both the company's preliminary announcement and final half year reporting requirements.

However to satisfy NZX listing rules the company must announce to the market both a preliminary announcement and a final half year report. Diligent is therefore now re-releasing the same report to satisfy its obligations in respect of both its preliminary announcement and its final half year report for the six months ended 30th June 2010."
