Diligent Engages Yankee Hill Company Diligent Board Member Services, Inc. would like to announce that it has engaged the Yankee Hill Company, a consultant group already involved with the Company's marketing effort, to manage the day to day marketing functions of Diligent. Sharon Daniels is no longer Chief Marketing Officer of the Company. Ms. Daniels is one of the founders of the Company and she has worked hard to ensure the success of the Company.
