Diligent Board Member Services, Inc. is pleased to provide NZX with our 2010 First Quarter Results on US SEC Form 10-Q. Please note that at March 31, 2010, Diligent recorded a recovery of $3.2 million on our Note receivable from affiliate. This reflects the Company's belief that we will collect more of the amount due on the Note than previously estimated as a result of the increase in the value of the collateral for the note.
