Details of transactions and events giving rise to relevant event: On February 8, 2010 NZ time, SSH sold an aggregate of 1,500,000 ordinary shares of DIL in six separate transactions to six separate New Zealand residents for a total purchase price of NZ$525,000. Each transaction is for a number of shares less than 1% of DIL shares outstanding. On February 16, 2010 (US time), SSH sold 823,000 ordinary shares of DIL to Corcoran Consulting LLC for a purchase price of US$200,124. On February 17, 2010 (US time), SSH sold 2,500,000 ordinary shares of DIL to Spring Street Partners LP for a purchase price of US$607,910.
