DIVIDEND: CYTPA: CYTPA Dividend rate

In accordance with the Prospectus it is advised that due to the recent changes in the OCR which now stands at 3.00% the dividend rate on Cynotech Preference Shares (CYTPA) for the period September 1st to November 30th will be 4.5%. This is the penultimate dividend on CYPTA's which automatically convert to Ordinary Cynotech shares (CYT) on December 22nd, 2010.

The rate for the current period ending August 2010 where the dividend is just being paid is 3.75% due to the OCR being 2.5% on June 1st.
