Further to the announcement on 03 August 2010, Cynotech Holdings Limited (CYT) has still not provided NZX with its Annual Report for the period ending 31 March 2010, which under Listing Rule 10.5.1 was due to be issued to NZX on 2nd August 2010.

The five business day period has now expired and trading in CYT, CYTHA, CYTPA & CYTWA Securities has been suspended.
