MEETING: CYT: Annual General Meeting resolutions

At the Annual General Meeting of Cynotech Holdings Ltd held on 21st July the following resolutions were passed.

a) That Paul James Hutchinson be re-elected as a Director

b) That Wayne Robert Hawkins be elected as a Director

c) That BDO be re-appointed as auditors of the Company for the coming year and the Directors are authorized to fix their remuneration.
