The following notice has been received from Cynotech Securities Group Ltd

"Cynotech Securities Group Limited advises that its takeover offer for Cynotech Holdings Limited (CHL) is now unconditional in all respects.

The final acceptances for each of the CHL Equity Securities under the offer were as follows Cynotech Holdings Limited - Ordinary shares 78.38% - Convertible preference shares 51.4% - Warrants 71.90%
