Perpetual Trust Limited (as Trustee) of the Celsius New Zealand Income Fund (Series 1) advises that as at 31 August 2010 the total number of units on issue is 4,881,655.

There has been no movement in the number of units on issue since the last pricing date of 30 August 2010.

We kindly advise that the NAV for each CEI unit as at 31 August 2010 are as follows:
