Nature of relevant interest(s): Beneficial owner and registered holder of securities, by virtue of a Deed of Novation dated 29 May 2009 which, among other things, granted HCL (as the general partner of Haumi (NZ) Limited Partnership) beneficial ownership of the units in ANZO. The Deed of Novation has already been filed with the substantial security holder notice filed by HCL on 29 May 2009. For that relevant interest,-

(a) number held in class: 198,524,814 (b) percentage held in class: 19.898% (b) current registered holder(s) of securities: HCL (as the general partner of Haumi (NZ) Limited Partnership) (c) registered holder(s) of securities once transfers registered: Not applicable Nature of relevant interest(s): Non-beneficial relevant interest - under a Specified Rights Deed dated 19 February 2008 which among other things, confers on HCL certain rights in connection with the units controlled by AMPCI as investment manager for the registered holders set out in the schedule attached to this notice. These rights were novated to HCL (as the general partner of Haumi (NZ) Limited Partnership) under the Deed of Novation dated 29 May 2009 The Specified Rights Deed has already been filed with the substantial security holder notice filed by HCL on 19 February 2008. Details for HIP Company Limited and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority Nature of relevant interest(s): Relevant interest arising from HCL being a wholly owned subsidiary of HIP and HIP being a wholly owned subsidiary of ADIA. For that relevant interest,-

(a) number held in class: 212,825,632 (b) percentage held in class: 21.33% (b) current registered holder(s) of securities: 198,524,814 held by HCL (as the general partner of Haumi (NZ) Limited Partnership); 14,300,818 held by the registered holders in the schedule attached to this notice and controlled by AMPCI as investment manager for those registered holders. Details of transactions and events giving rise movement of 1% or more in substantial holding or change in nature of relevant interest or both. Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure under the instructions to this form: As described in the substantial security holder notice filed by HCL on 19 February 2008, HCL (acting on behalf of the general partner of a special partnership to be formed) became the registered holder and beneficial owner of 136,913,665 units in ANZO. By virtue of a Specified Rights Deed, HCL also disclosed at that time a non-beneficial relevant interest in the units controlled by AMPCI. On 1 July 2008, Haumi (NZ) Limited Partnership was registered as a limited partnership under the Limited Partnerships Act 2008. HCL is the general partner of Haumi (NZ) Limited Partnership. On 29 May 2009, a Deed of Novation was entered into which, among other things, released HCL (acting on behalf of the general partner of a special partnership to be formed) from all rights and obligations under the documents relating to the units in ANZO. Under the Deed of Novation, Haumi (NZ) Limited Partnership agreed to assume all such rights and obligations as if Haumi (NZ) Limited Partnership would have always been the relevant party to such documents. AMPCI has today advised HCL, HIP and ADIA that its relevant interest in ANZO has decreased to 14,300,818 units which is a 1.43% relevant interest (as opposed to the 2.47% relevant interest reported in the last substantial security holder notice filed by HCL, HIP and ADIA on 11 June 2009). Accordingly, HCL hereby discloses the movement of 1% or more in AMPCI's relevant interest in ANZO which also affects HCL, HIP and ADIA's relevant interest.

Additional information Nature of connection between substantial security holders: HCL is a wholly owned subsidiary of HIP, and HIP is a wholly owned subsidiary of ADIA. HIP and ADIA are both "associates" of HCL as defined under section 2(2) of the Securities Markets Act 1988 (Act) and also have relevant interests in the units held by HCL under sections 5B(1)(a) to 5B(1)(d) of the Act.
