Allied Nationwide Finance - Credit Rating Update

Allied Nationwide Finance Limited, part of the NZX listed Allied Farmers group, advises that its long term counterparty credit rating from Standard & Poor's has been lowered to CC, with the rating remaining on credit watch negative.

The lowering of the rating is in response to the announcement by the Company of the suspension of its prospectus from the market.
