Auckland Airport annual meeting and nomination of directors The board of directors of Auckland International Airport Limited advises that the Company's annual meeting will be held at 10.30am on Thursday 28 October 2010 at the TelstraClear Pacific Events Centre in Manukau City. The closing date for nominations of directors to be considered for election at the annual meeting is 31 August 2010.

Nomination must be addressed to the Corporate Secretary and received by 5.00 pm on 31 August 2010 at Auckland Airport's registered office being:

Attention: Corporate Secretary Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and must be accompanied by the consent in writing of the person nominated.
