MCFM manages a fund on behalf of New Zealand Superannuation Fund ("NZSF").

Through this fund, on 4 February 2010 NZSF acquired 5,454,715 ordinary shares in Auckland International Airport Limited ("AIA") and now holds 92,730,159 AIA ordinary shares in AIA in this fund.

Accordingly, Morrison & Co (by virtue of sections 5(B)(1) and 5(B)(2) of the Securities Markets Act) and MCFM (by virtue of section 5(1)(d) of the Securities Markets Act) each have a non-beneficial relevant interest in 92,730,159 ordinary shares in AIA.
